Annie Walker

Ms. Annie Pearl Walker was born July 12th, 1931 in Ennis, Texas to the Late Birdie Johnson. Upon graduating high school, she moved to Fort Worth and has had many jobs before she retired as a chef for schools in the Fort Worth Independent School District. She loved to cook and play bingo, and she enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren whenever she could. She loved to see all her family getting along cherishing the moments together. Some would say a party wasn't a party unless the chef did the cooking.
She was preceded in death by her mother Birdie Johnson, her only child Herod Perry, and her husband Freddie L. Norwood.
Those left awaiting the great coronation are her beloved daughter in law Harriett Blair, her granddaughter Annjanette L. Perry, grandsons Charles Hawkins, Joseph Hawkins (Tonya), Anthony Hawkins (Paulette),brother; Brady Guinyard (Dennie), her sister Earleen Weaver, special great-granddaughters Diamond O'Dear and Alexis Williams, and many more great grandchildren, special niece Debra Banks (Gerald) and a host of other friends and family members.
