On October 12, 1931, in Brazoria, Texas, a precious baby girl was entrusted to Weldon King and Lorene Robertson. The proud and happy parents would name their gift from God, Betty Lou. Oh, what joy she would bring to their hearts and lives!  Betty was educated in the Fort Worth Independent School District, where she proudly   attended the historic I.M. Terrell High School. A time to cherish... She was blessed to become the mother of seven wonderful children; and enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. All may not know her story nor all the things she had been through, but she did not let any circumstances keep her from living a life of purpose. In her free time she enjoyed sewing, crocheting  and doing crossword puzzles. A time to mourn…..
