United States Air Force, enlisted in June 1949, and retired in 1970, after 20 years of service. His Life... Harold met and married the beautiful Willietta Mathis; they were blessed with three wonderful children, Masceo, Reginald, and Constance. He was a hard working and dedicated man and did all he could for his family. He enjoyed spending time with friends.  He was a great mechanic and loved working on old mustangs. His Homegoing… March 27, 2018, he is now reunited with his parents; parents; Ike and Corine Runnels; son, Reginald Emory Runnels and daughter, Constance Denise Runnels –Walker. He leaves to cherish his memories…. His beloved wife, Willietta Runnels; son:  Masceo Evans Runnels; grandchild, Ashley Dion Walker; son-in-law, Don Walker; siblings: Patricia Runnels-Brownfield (Gary) of Danville, IL, Helen Hill of Omaha, NE, Issac Runnels Jr.(Karla), Reginald Runnels both of Kankakee, IL, and   Maurice Runnels (Juanita) of Hopkins Park, IL; special sister-in-law, Vera Scipio and a host of other relatives and friends.
