Herod Perry

The summer of 1951, June 14 to be exact, a bouncing baby boy was born. God entrusted him to a mother, Mrs. Annie Pearl Guinyard, who would love and care for him his entire life. H. B. was educated in the Fort Worth Independent School District, graduating from the historical I. M. Terrell High School, class of 1969. Upon completing high school he enrolled in Brantley Drawn Business College, where he studied Business Management. In his past time he enjoyed the comradory of watching football, "Americas team", the Dallas Cowboys play. He was one of their biggest fans; hardly ever missing a televised game. However, H.B. was an even bigger fan of his family. He loved and adored his mother more than life itself. But what can one say about his children, they were truly the apple of his eye. He loved and cherished each of them so much; there was nothing he would not try to do for them and with them. They were truly daddys "babies". On December 11, 2014, Mr. Perry became a greater fan of the Heavenly Host team. This team has never lost a player, it has an owner that knows all and sees all. On the Heavenly team every player is suited up with love, and protected gear. After all every owner wants the best for its team. He is now playing on a team where his grandmother, Mrs. Birdie Johnson, is cheering him on to the victory seat. Those left to cherish his memories are his mother, Annie Pearl Walker; children, Annjanette L. Perry, Anthony Hawkins, Joseph Hawkins and Charles Hawkins; Uncle; Brady Guinyard (Dennie), special granddaughters, Diamond ODear and Alexis Williams; several grandchildren, ex-spouse and friend, Harriett Blair; a host of loving relatives and friends.
