Willie Baltzgar

Willie Frank Baltzgar was born on a hot summer day in Safford, Arizona on July 16, 1948, to Charlie and Charlotte Baltzgar. Service: 11am Tuesday at Serenity Funerals and Cremations. To know Willie Frank was to know he had a very captivating personality. He had a way of making all whom he encountered feel warm and welcomed. He loved people and people loved him. Willie also served our country as United States Armed Serviceman in the division of the Army. Those left to cherish his legacy is his child, Torin Baltzgar; his adorable grandchildren; his loving siblings, Sadonia Harris (Willie), Wanda Brooks, Cornell Baltzgar (Donna), Charles Baltzgar, Toni Baltzgar, Stephanie Sneed (Darron) and Bridgett Minter (Dereck); a host of nephews, nieces, cousins, other family and dear friends.
