Brenda Denise Lundy

Brenda Lundy was born on May 28, 1965 in Boglausa, LA.

At a very young age she accepted Jesus Christ and was baptized. She could quote any scripture of The Bible from front to back with understanding and correlate it to a specific situation or experience. She relocated to Fort Worth, TX in 1982.

Church Affiliations: She has attended the Greenway Community Church.

She strived hard and was at her best while attending Beauty School, where she received her Cosmetology License. She worked at General Dynamics and various other places. She also volunteered as a Caregiver for elderly friends in her community and oftentimes babysit for friends/family.

She had four children she loved and adored dearly, her daughter Tanika and three sons- Henry, Jeremy, and Johnny.

Her five wonderful grandchildren, Brenai Lee, Kevin Lee, Sabastine Pomma, Mason Lee, and Caleb Lee, meant the world to her. Her “Nanna’s Baby” Nathaniel Ray was loved like he was one of her grandchildren. She would be so excited to see the smiles of their all their faces.

She was the sweetest, kindest, nosiest person that you ever had the pleasure of meeting, and she never met a stranger. She had the most infectious contagious laughter that was pure joy to hear.

In her free time, she found solace in playing Spades and Dominoes. She’d often joke that no one could beat her in a game of Dominoes. She also enjoyed a good movie, along with her favorite court shows, numerous sitcoms and has possibly seen everything Tyler Perry has ever made.

Throughout her life she has always maintained love of her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Her devotion and commitment to her faith gave her strength. “Be thankful for what you have,” “Thank God for allowing you to see another day,” and “If the Lord is willing and I’m able,” were some of her favorite statements that she instilled in her children.

Left to mourn and cherish her memories; are children Tanika Lundy and Jeremy Lee; siblings, Alanna Suggs-Bakrim, Debra Ann Thomson (husband Bobby Thomson), Anthony Wayne Lundy, Johnny Ray Clark (wife Lazaundra Clark), Wynette Lundy, Patricia Mitchell (Husband Bobby Mitchell), and Monica Lundy.
